Privacy across Suprematik platform brands.

This policy explains how Suprematik and its white-label deployments collect, use, protect, and share information across regional field-service, workflow, scheduling, payments, reporting, and automation products.

Last updated: April 23, 2026. Suprematik provides configurable operational software that may be launched under different brand names for specific markets, languages, and industries. References to "Suprematik", "we", "our", or "the platform" include the brands listed below unless a separate written agreement or local product policy says otherwise.

Information We Collect

Account and contact data

Names, company details, email addresses, phone numbers, user roles, billing details, and communications submitted through our websites, demos, sales forms, support channels, or platform accounts.

Operational workflow data

Jobs, service requests, schedules, tenders, quotes, orders, payments, reports, notes, attachments, photos, signatures, customer messages, technician updates, and other records entered into the platform.

Technical and usage data

IP address, device and browser details, approximate location, language, time zone, log data, page activity, feature usage, error reports, cookies, and similar analytics or security signals.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, localize, maintain, and improve the platform and each branded deployment.
  • Schedule work, dispatch teams, process quotes, manage payments, create reports, and automate workflow steps.
  • Support customer service, onboarding, troubleshooting, security monitoring, and fraud prevention.
  • Send service messages, product updates, administrative notices, and requested commercial communications.
  • Meet legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, contractual, and compliance obligations.

Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, payment, CRM, accounting, support, integration, and professional-service providers when they are needed to deliver the platform. We may also share information with a customer, local partner, or brand operator when that organization controls the workspace or requested the deployment, and when disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity.

Google User Data

Some Suprematik platform deployments may connect to Google APIs when a user or workspace administrator authorizes that connection. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data accessed

Depending on the enabled integration, we may access Google account profile details such as name and email address, authentication tokens, Google Calendar event data used for scheduling, Gmail or Google Workspace message metadata and content needed for customer communication workflows, Google Drive file names, file metadata, and selected file contents when a user chooses to connect or import them.

Data usage

Google user data is used only to provide user-facing platform features, including sign-in, calendar synchronization, scheduling, email or message handling, file attachment, document import, reporting, workflow automation, troubleshooting, and security. We do not use Google user data for advertising or for training generalized AI models.

Data sharing

We do not sell Google user data. We share it only with service providers required to operate the platform, such as hosting, storage, security, support, logging, and integration providers; with the workspace customer or authorized users who control the connected account or workflow; or when required by law.

Storage and protection

Google user data is stored only when needed for the authorized feature. We protect it using access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit and security monitoring, least-privilege permissions, and operational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

Retention and deletion

We retain Google user data only for as long as needed to provide the connected feature, maintain records, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations. Users or workspace administrators may disconnect Google integrations in the platform or request deletion by emailing privacypolicy@suprematik.com. We will delete or anonymize eligible data subject to backups, legal duties, and legitimate security requirements.

International Operations

Suprematik supports brands and customers in multiple countries, including New Zealand, Italy, and Israel. Information may be processed in countries other than the country where it was collected. When data moves across borders, we use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service relationship and applicable law.

Retention and Security

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Workspace data may be retained until the customer or authorized administrator requests deletion, subject to backups and legal requirements.

Security

We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, backups, and operational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, including the European Economic Area, Italy, Israel, New Zealand, or other applicable jurisdictions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information. If your information belongs to a customer workspace, we may direct your request to the organization that controls that workspace.
